Contact
Talk to somebody who reads it.
Two ways through, both of them to a person. No ticket queue, no chatbot, and no form that disappears into a system nobody watches.
Read by a person, not routed by a rule. Write in whatever words you have — you do not need to build a case or be calm about it.
Answered within one working day. If something has gone wrong, the answer comes in writing and says what we think happened rather than thanking you for your patience.
A free strategy brief
Tell us where you are stuck and send one document. Within 3 working days a person replies with a written three-step plan, and it is yours to keep. The most common outcome is being told which single thing to do next — including “none of ours, do this instead”.
Which route
What are you contacting us about?
Four common reasons for getting in touch, and the fastest way through for each.
Something specific about your work
A manuscript, a rejection, a defence date, a course that is losing people. Ask for the free strategy brief: a written three-step plan within 3 working days, including which service fits, or that none of ours does.
A question about an order you have placed
Quote the reference from your confirmation email and we will find it immediately. If you cannot find the reference, your email address is enough.
Procurement, invoicing or a purchase order
Institutions do not buy from a checkout button here. The institutional page sets out the paperwork we supply, and the procurement call is for whoever signs.
Something went wrong
Write to us in whatever words you have. You will get a written answer rather than a support macro, and where a guarantee applies its remedy is yours to take without arguing for it.
Not sure who you need at all? Ask for the free strategy brief and we will work it out in writing.
What to expect
Our side of it.
- One working day for email. If it will take longer because the answer needs somebody specific, we say so on the first day rather than going quiet.
- Three working days for a strategy brief, counted from the day your document arrives.
- Two working days for a written answer when something has gone wrong. The guarantees set out the windows and remedies in full.
- No follow-up sequence. Getting in touch does not put you on a list. The fortnightly newsletter is opt-in and separate, and you have to confirm it from your own inbox.
