Withdraw from your contract

If you bought a service from us as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. Fill in three details, check them, and confirm. We email you a dated copy straight away.

  • If we have not started, everything you paid is refunded.
  • If you asked us to start early, you pay for the part already done, in proportion to the whole, and the rest is refunded.
  • Once the work has been fully delivered at your request, the right to withdraw has ended.

Refunds go to the card you paid with, within 14 days. Read the full withdrawal terms.

Ideally the one you ordered with, so we find the order straight away.
The service, and the date or reference from your confirmation email if you have them.

Email contact@xp-consulting.org with the subject “Withdrawal”. Any clear statement counts the same as this form, and the date of your email is the date of your withdrawal.
