The clock starts when we confirm your case — not when you pay.
If we can’t make your submission deadline, we say so before you’re charged. If we take it, we hit it. Turnaround is measured from written confirmation of scope, which usually lands within a few working hours of your intake.

The Language Pass — add €299
One pass of academic language editing, by the specialist who signed your diagnostic.
We edit text you wrote: grammar, syntax, tense and agreement, sentence clarity, the order of sentences inside a paragraph, terminology and notation consistency across the whole document, academic register, and reference formatting to your venue’s style. Choosing or replacing sources is not editing, and we do not do it.
What we never edit: your argument. The diagnostic tells you to move section 3 and says why. It does not move it for you. Where a change to the language would change what a sentence claims, we flag the question and you answer it.
Every altered sentence is recorded in a change log delivered with the pass, and your report carries the acknowledgements wording filled in. The declaration is written before anybody asks you for one.
€299. One pass, up to 10,000 words. Documents above the cap are quoted individually. A second pass over your own revisions is a second €299, because unlimited passes is how disclosed editing turns into co-writing over three rounds, and the drift is invisible from inside it.
Your editing date is confirmed in writing before the pass starts, and it is a separate date from your diagnostic delivery. A rush diagnostic does not make the editing rush.
Available with this sprint, and with the Manuscript MRI or Rejection Reversal. Not sold on its own, and not available without a diagnostic on the same document. An editing-only enquiry gets a written answer within one working day, pointing you to services that do sell it.

If, after reviewing your draft Aims page, we believe Seed or Major is the wrong scope, you get a full refund or a credited switch — decided within 24 hours, before any work begins.
After delivery, if the work misses the brief we agreed, tell us within 14 days and we revise it once, free. If the revision still misses it, half the fee comes back as a refund or a credit, your choice.

Do you write the grant for me?
No. We restructure, sharpen and strategically reframe your Aims page and case for support. Your ideas, your data, your authorship — we make the argument legible to the panel deciding. If a request crosses into ghostwriting, we say no and explain why in writing. That refusal is the product.
What if my funder or scheme isn’t one you’ve worked with?
Then the pre-brief covers it: you send the call text and rubric, we read them before quoting scope. If we don’t think we can add value, we tell you before you pay.
My deadline is sooner than your turnaround. What now?
Ask before you buy. Rush handling covers most grants up to 8 pages of Aims / case-for-support — longer consortium narratives need standard turnaround, confirmed at pre-brief. We would rather lose the sale than miss your submission date.
Can my department pay centrally?
Yes — institutional invoice or PO is our most common route at Major tier. Choose “Invoice / PO” at checkout, or contact us with your finance contact and we will issue the paperwork within one business day.
