If we can’t make your defence date, we say so before you’re charged. If we take it, we hit it. Turnaround is measured from written confirmation of scope, which usually lands within a few working hours of your intake.

I defend in a second language. Does that change anything?
It changes what we drill. Intensive includes second-language delivery strategies — pacing, the phrases that stall under pressure, and how to buy yourself thinking time in the room without it reading as hesitation. Standard covers content; Intensive covers content and delivery together.
My defence is very soon. Can you still help?
Ask before you book. If your defence is under 10 days away, we offer a compressed track, or an honest downgrade with the difference refunded. We would rather lose the sale than promise a rehearsal we cannot deliver in time.
What does the 48-hour turnaround actually cover?
Your recording and a timestamped, written feedback document arrive within 48 hours of your mock — not a verbal debrief you have to remember, a document you can rehearse against. On Intensive, that clock resets after round two as well.
